Roger has an amazing attitude and great customer service! I stopped by around 12:30am right now and the food was hot and fresh and customer service was on point. Hopefully he’s able to see this comment and get some recognition!

Service was friendly. The burgers were good. There was what appeared to be a little chaos due to the workload, but they handled it well. I got two fresh jumbo jacks with cheese and jalapenos. They stacked it well. It was not flat and sad looking, but rather a bit stacked and pleasant looking. And the taste was good. Overall, a very good experience. Yay!

The food here was wonderful and my kids and I all received exactly what we ordered and thoroughly enjoyed it! My only complaint was that the food took a lifetime to get made. Every car waiting in front of us had to wait a very long time as well. When it was our turn at the window, I looked inside and saw our male cashier and a lady rushing around (although not fast enough for how many cars were in line), looking all around them and talking like they had no idea what they were doing. Our cashier was very competent though when he took our card and gave the total and receipt. If you're stopping for a delicious, hot meal, you should walk away happy... as long as you don't expect it to be FAST food.

Great Food! It's Just Cause The Empolyes Are Quite Rude... But The Good Is Great! Especially The Bugers And My Food Came Out Within a Couple Minutes! And The Dining Room Is Closed Like 60% Of The Time... So Over All This Is a Solid 4.5 Stars!

I love this Jack in the Box on 03/01/2023 and Ms. Radawn has good people skills and good customer service skills. She loves her job she need a raise! I’m a manager in fast food and I am intrigued by the way she speaks good communication skills and customer service is the key and she has excellent skills!!!

Sorry I did not take any pictures, but I did buy me 3 breakfast jack's. The lady asked me if I'd like some jelly. I said ," Well sure, mam. And thank you for asking"... So I left immediately after I received my order. I put the strawberry jelly (2) of them inside the breakfast-jacks. I was very happy because that jelly is like the icing on a cake...it tasted really good.

Had a great experience here around 3:00a.m. I've worked in restaurants a long time and if you really want to see hard work try coming here when they're understaffed because it's 3:00 in the morning and there's a line wrapped around the building and from the moment I got in the line till the moment I got my food it took about 7 minutes everything was perfect everything asked for was there they've been offered me a free drink if you can't tell by my reviews that I leave I am an Uber eats driver and I go to a lot of fast food restaurants and this is definitely the pic of the litter Love this place this is my new go to when I'm getting off of work super late at night
